These terms and conditions of sale constitute a legal agreement between you and Michelle Noble Styling. Please read these in full before continuing with your purchase.
1. Contract.
Any purchase forms a binding contract between you or the client and myself Michelle Noble. By completing this purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Payment.
All payments must be made via the details given by Michelle Noble. Payment must be received in full prior to the commencement of services or attendance at any event. If a payment plan has been selected, the final balance must be paid by the date specified. Failure to do so could postpone the future booking.
3. Cancellations + Refunds.
1-1 Style experiences both in-person and omline - Should you/the client wish to amend or cancel a style experience booking, this must be done a minimum of 7 days prior to the scheduled experience date. Please put this in writing and email: michellenoblestyling@gmail.com A refund will then be issued.
Products - Due to the nature of the specific body shape style guides, no refunds will be given after purchase as these can be used straight away at the time of purchase. I make it my aim however that should a customer require any points clarifying or more assistance on anything they’re unsure of, help is at hand. 4. No Guarantee.
You acknowledge that individual results may vary based on your personal styling requirements and requests communicated to me, as well as other external factors such as shopping retailers and stock levels. Michelle Noble does not guarantee a particular outcome, and is not liable for any loss, damage or other expense which you may suffer as a result of using the services of Michelle Noble.
5. Prohibited Use.
All materials resulting from our work together are for your personal use only. They are not to be copied or sold to third parties. We retain all copyright and other proprietary notices. No other use of the materials or information is authorised. Any violation of the foregoing may result in civil and/or criminal liabilities.
6. Online Styling Course.
No refunds are issued once online learning has commenced. Should you/the client require further guidance or clarity, please email your query to: hello@michellenoblestyling.co.uk
7. Age.
By acknowledging these terms and conditions you are declaring that you are over 18 years old.
